These are even higher in concentration than the Oil Soluble Flavours and have a longer shelf life of 2 years. They have a superior solvent system, which ensures better disposal, and higher heat stability. They can be used in cakes, confectionery, chocolates,, desserts, ice creams, shakes, breads and a variety of baked and non baked goods.
