CaffeTech Canada offers The Slayer Steam Single Group. This innovative machine features an internal 2.5L water reservoir . The Steam single uses a barista dashborad that is super interactive and easy to use.
Paramount to the design of the Slayer Steam single is the intuitive Barista dashboard which Is user-friendly and allows the operator interaction with saved coffee profiles, easy navigating and most of all consistent shot extraction with the ability to save profiles based on volume.
With programmable pre-infusion and a lessened flow rate, the Steam Single offered through CaffeTech Canada provides a 10 second designated pre-infusion time that allows the home user manipulation of both fresher and lighter roast espresso coffees whether single origin or blended.
In keeping with the excellent build quality known with the Slayer legacy , the Steam Single is built complete with a portable water reservoir, PID controlled brew boiler of .8 litres tres and service boiler of 2.4 litres. This provides the steam single with excellent steam pressure and precise brew temperature control.
Power saving features and a large fresh water reservoir complete the design of the steam single offered through CaffeTech Canada, and make this machine an excellent choice for the high-end home barista or even a small commercial operation.
