Ingredients: Calendula, Spearmint & Alfalfa
Flavor: Minty and fresh in taste
Preparation: Bring fresh, cold water to the boil. Infuse 1 teaspoon of loose leaf tea or 1 tea bag per person in a cup or a teapot. Allow to steep for 3 to 5 min for desired taste. Can also be served as a cold drink.
