Description
Esplendorosa Geisha Honey Filter Coffee
This coffee comes from Esplendorosa Estate, in the Jaramillo region at 1,600 MASL. The best cherries were selected through flotation, then placed in a fermentation tank for 48 hours. They were depulped and placed on African beds under direct sunlight for 17 days, resulting in a fruity and sweet cup.
